Talent Pathway iD and Weightlifting Wales Join Forces to Measure the Impact of National Programs on Members Health and Well-Being
The collaboration aims to capture participants well-being and the positive outcomes of the ‘Raise the Bar’ and ‘Age Well’ national weightlifting programmes and within licensed clubs.
Talent Pathway iD (TPiD), leading software analytics and insights company has announced a new partnership with Weightlifting Wales. TPiD will use its expert and award winning software to help the Sports’ National Governing Body gain a deeper understanding of how being a member of a Weightlifting Wales licensed club continues to provide benefits to their members, together with the positive social and health impact their national programs provide. These programmes include the ‘Raise the Bar’ initiative, targeting youth and school children, and the new ‘Age Well’ programme currently being designed for senior members
The ’Age Well’ programme will focus on encouraging senior members to participate in modified weightlifting movements, promoting their social interaction and physical well-being. The programme highlights the numerous benefits of strength training for older adults, including increased muscle strength, improved bone density, and enhanced mobility. Through the partnership with TPiD, Weightlifting Wales aims to accurately measure the programme’s success by using the software to collect and analyse data on participants’ physical progress, social engagement, and overall well-being.
Using the TPiD software and insights dashboard, the collaboration will allow Weightlifting Wales to design, collect, and analyse data streams to identify key areas of success and areas for improvement whilst maximising efficiency.
The partnership between TPiD and Weightlifting Wales marks an important step froward in understanding and maximising the positive impact of national weightlifting programmes and licensed clubs. By leveraging research-based software analytics and insights, the collaboration aims to ensure that being an active Weightlifting Wales member or a participant in either the ‘Raise the Bar’ or ‘Age Well’ programme continue to bring significant benefits to the lives of those involved, whatever their age.
